Terms and Conditions of the leanbulls.com Online Store

1. Definitions and General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out the rules for using the online store operating at leanbulls.com (the "Store").

The Seller and administrator of the Store is:

(hereinafter: the "Seller")

Terms used in these Terms and Conditions:

• Customer — a natural person, legal person, or organizational entity placing an order in the Store.
• Consumer — a Customer who is a natural person, making a purchase not directly related to their business or professional activity.
• Goods — a product (dietary supplement or sportswear) presented and sold in the Store.
• Order — a declaration of intent by the Customer aimed at concluding a sales contract for Goods.

2. Conditions for Using the Store

To use the Store, you need a device with internet access, a current version of a web browser, and an active e-mail address.

The Customer is obligated to use the Store in accordance with applicable law and good practice, in particular by not submitting unlawful content and by providing information that is accurate.

To place an order, the Customer must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian — the Store sells dietary supplements intended for adults.

3. Placing Orders

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, via leanbulls.com.

The order placement process includes:

1. Selecting Goods and adding them to the cart.
2. Choosing a delivery method and payment method.
3. Providing the information necessary to fulfill the order (first name, last name, delivery address, e-mail address, phone number).
4. Confirming the order with an obligation to pay (clicking the "Buy now and pay" button or an equivalent).

The sales contract is concluded at the moment the Seller confirms acceptance of the order, which the Customer receives at the e-mail address provided.

Prices of Goods listed in the Store are gross prices (including VAT) and are expressed in Polish złoty (PLN) or euro (EUR), depending on the selected market. Prices do not include delivery costs, which are indicated separately before the order is placed.

4. Payments

The Store allows payment for orders via:

• payment cards and other methods supported by Stripe / Shopify Payments,
• other payment methods indicated in the Store at the time of placing the order.

The Customer is obligated to make payment at the time of placing the order (payment in advance), unless the Seller has indicated otherwise for a given payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Detailed information on processing times, costs, and delivery methods can be found in a separate document: Shipping Policy.

The Store ships within Poland and the European Union.

6. Right of Withdrawal, Returns, and Exchanges

A Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, without giving any reason, pursuant to the Polish Act of May 30, 2014 on Consumer Rights.

Detailed rules regarding withdrawal from the contract, returns, exchanges, and exceptions to the right of withdrawal (e.g., products sealed for hygiene reasons) are described in a separate document: Returns and Exchanges.

7. Complaints

The Seller is liable for the conformity of Goods with the contract under the terms set out in the Consumer Rights Act and the Polish Civil Code.

Complaints regarding Goods may be submitted:

• in writing to: Lean Bulls Labs, ul. Polska 7, 81-339 Gdynia, Poland.

A complaint should include a description of the non-conformity of the Goods with the contract, the date it was discovered, and the Customer's request (e.g., repair, replacement, price reduction, withdrawal from the contract). The Seller resolves complaints within 14 calendar days of receipt.

8. Dietary Supplements — Additional Information

Goods sold in the dietary supplements category are not medicinal products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, alleviate, or prevent any disease.

The Customer is obligated to review the product's ingredients, directions for use, and contraindications listed on the label and in the product description before use. In the case of pregnancy, breastfeeding, taking medication, or existing medical conditions, the Seller recommends consulting a physician or pharmacist before using the supplement.

9. Customer Accounts

The Customer may create an account in the Store, which, among other things, allows tracking order history and speeds up the process of placing future orders. Creating an account is not mandatory — orders can also be placed as a "guest."

The Customer is responsible for keeping their account login details confidential and agrees not to share them with third parties.

The Customer may request deletion of their account at any time by contacting the Seller at lean.bulls@gmail.com.

10. Personal Data

The rules governing the processing of Customers' personal data are described in a separate document: Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

The rules regarding copyright and intellectual property related to the Store are described in a separate document: Legal Notice.

12. Out-of-Court Methods of Handling Complaints and Pursuing Claims

A Consumer has the option of using out-of-court methods of handling complaints and pursuing claims, including:

• applying to the standing amicable consumer court operating at the relevant Provincial Trade Inspectorate (Wojewódzki Inspektorat Inspekcji Handlowej),
• seeking assistance from the district (municipal) consumer ombudsman,
• using the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform for resolving disputes between consumers and traders, available at: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Using out-of-court methods of handling complaints is voluntary.

13. Final Provisions

The Seller reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions, in particular in the event of changes to applicable law, changes to how the Store operates, or the introduction of new features. Changes to the Terms do not affect orders placed before the date the changes take effect.

In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, applicable Polish law shall apply, including the Polish Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.

These Terms and Conditions are available at all times at leanbulls.com and may be recorded and reproduced by the Customer at any time by saving or printing them.
