ORDERS & DELIVERY
How long does delivery take?
We process orders within 1–2 business days. Courier delivery usually takes 1–2 business days, so your package typically arrives within 2–4 days after placing your order.
How much does delivery cost?
Courier delivery costs €2–6. Orders over €70 qualify for free shipping.
Can I track my order?
Yes — after your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Poland. If you would like to order from abroad, please contact us at lean.bulls@gmai.com.
SUPPLEMENTS
Are Lean Bulls Labs supplements safe?
All our supplements are produced in accordance with ISO 22000 standards and are available in vegan capsules. Please consult your doctor before starting supplementation, especially if you are taking medication or have any health conditions.
Who are the supplements for?
Our supplements are intended for healthy adults who want to support their body in daily functioning, training, and recovery. They are not intended for individuals under 18, pregnant, or breastfeeding women.
How to use Focus & Digest?
We recommend taking 3 capsules daily, preferably with a meal. Detailed instructions can be found on the product label.
How to use Neuro Recovery?
We recommend taking 4 capsules daily, preferably in the evening after training or before sleep. Detailed instructions can be found on the product label.
How to use The Only Right Magnesium?
We recommend taking 2 capsules daily. Magnesium is best absorbed in the evening. Detailed instructions can be found on the product label.
Do the supplements contain allergens?
Our products are free from gluten, lactose, and animal-derived ingredients (vegan capsules). Full ingredient lists are available on each product page.
CLOTHING
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a size chart with exact measurements. If you are unsure, contact us — we will help you choose the right size.
What material are the t-shirts made of?
Our t-shirts are made of high-quality cotton [insert composition, e.g. 100% combed cotton, 220g]. They are durable, soft, and withstand frequent washing.
How should I wash Lean Bulls Labs clothing?
We recommend washing at 30°C, preferably inside out. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron directly on the print.
RETURNS & COMPLAINTS
Can I return a product?
Yes — you have 14 days from receiving your order to return it without giving a reason. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Supplements can only be returned if the seal is intact and the packaging is unopened.
How do I return an order?
Contact us at lean.bulls@gmai.com with your order number and details of the items you wish to return. We will send you further instructions. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the product is defective.
I received a damaged or incorrect product — what should I do?
We are sorry for the inconvenience! Please contact us at [email address] within 48 hours of receiving your order, including photos of the product and your order number. We will resolve the issue promptly.
PAYMENTS
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard), BLIK, bank transfer, Klarna, PayPo, and PayPal. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
Can I pay on delivery?
Currently, we do not offer cash on delivery.
Is an invoice issued automatically?
A receipt is included with every order. If you need a VAT invoice, please enter your company details in the “Order notes” field or contact us before shipment.
