§ 1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store operated at leanbullslabs.store (hereinafter: the Store) by:

(hereinafter: the Seller).

The Store conducts retail sales of dietary supplements via the Internet, within the territory of the Republic of Poland and selected countries of the European Union.

§ 2. Definitions

• Customer — a natural person with full legal capacity, a legal person, or an organizational unit without legal personality but endowed with legal capacity by law, placing an order in the Store.
• Consumer — a Customer who is a natural person performing a legal transaction not directly related to their business or professional activity.
• Product — goods offered by the Seller through the Store.
• Order — a declaration of intent by the Customer aimed at concluding a distance sales contract.

§ 3. Placing Orders

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via the Store's website. Placing an Order constitutes an offer to conclude a sales contract within the meaning of the Civil Code.

After placing an Order, the Customer receives a confirmation of acceptance of the Order at the provided email address, which results in the conclusion of a sales contract between the Customer and the Seller.

Product prices listed in the Store are gross prices and include VAT. Prices do not include delivery costs, which are provided during the order placement process.

§ 4. Payments

The Store offers the following payment methods:

• Electronic payment (BLIK, payment cards, fast bank transfers) — handled by an external payment operator,
• Traditional bank transfer to the Seller's bank account.

Order fulfillment begins after the payment is credited to the Seller's account or upon receipt of payment confirmation from the operator.

§ 5. Delivery

Orders are fulfilled within 3 business days from the date of payment crediting. Delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method and usually takes 1–3 business days within Poland.

Delivery costs and methods are presented to the Customer during the order placement process.

§ 6. Right of Withdrawal, Complaints

The rules for withdrawing from the contract and filing complaints are described in a separate document — Returns Policy.

§ 7. Personal Data Protection

The administrator of Customers' personal data is the Seller. Detailed data processing rules are contained in the Privacy Policy.

§ 8. Final Provisions

In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular: the Consumer Rights Act, the Civil Code, the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means, and the GDPR.

The Seller reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions for important reasons (change of regulations, change in the method of service provision, change in Seller's data). Customers will be informed of changes in advance.

These Terms and Conditions are effective from May 1, 2026.
